◆Project Summary
Problem Statement: Connecting tenants and rental providers is usually disorganized, requiring multiple communication tools and manual tracking.
My Key Contribution: Developed the entire dashboard navigation architecture and client routing using Next.js/TypeScript, implemented custom JWT middleware for session verification, and created reusable data tables.

- Multi-criteria search filters (location, price, categorization) with pagination
- Tenant dashboards containing saved property checklists and booking records
- Property Holder dashboard supporting full listing CRUD operations and analytics
- Admin dashboard with user moderation options and database statistics
- Secure Google Social Login and Better Auth session integration
Challenges Faced
Formulating complex MongoDB queries to filter properties dynamically by category, location, and price ranges simultaneously caused initial database latency. Solved by creating compound indexes in MongoDB and constructing optimized Mongoose aggregation pipelines.
Future Improvements & Plans
I plan to implement an interactive map widget (Leaflet/Mapbox) showing listing locations, and integrate direct live messaging channels between tenants and property owners.
