Problem Statement: Job boards frequently lack role separation, resulting in cluttered application flows and manual review processes.
My Key Contribution: Constructed the client application using Next.js and HeroUI, built MongoDB integrations for applicant details, and set up Stripe payment modules for premium job postings.

- Job seeker profile builder, resume storage, and direct application logs
- Employer job posting dashboard with listing CRUD and candidate review controls
- Stripe payment gateway for posting premium highlighted advertisements
- Live search filtering by category, employment type, and job location
- Better Auth login sessions and secure route protection
Challenges Faced
Handling candidate resume uploads securely and linking them to specific employer job collections proved difficult. This was solved by utilizing Firebase cloud storage for PDF management, saving file reference URIs directly in the MongoDB collections.
Future Improvements & Plans
Plan to integrate AI-based matching score computations between applicant resumes and employer job descriptions to sort applications automatically.
